Return Policy

We offer our customers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. It will always be the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging to make the return shipment and that the products arrive in perfect condition. If the returned items are in poor condition, TwinkleTwinkle reserves the right to make refund of the amount of the items.

  • For the following two refund situations
  1. For problematic returns such as defective ones, you can request a replacement or refund with picture proof. After we receive the products and check that they are correct, we will refund and responsible for shipping fees.
  2. For returns without problematic issues, we only offer store credit or the customer can send it back to our US warehouse for a refund. For refunds for items that are not damaged, after we receive the item and check that it is correct, we will refund the purchase price of the item, but we are not responsible for the shipping fees, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees.
  • How do I return the product?

To start a return, you can contact us at <>. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • How do I get a refund

Once we have received your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. Please allow 14 days from the date of your return being processed for the refund to credit your original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Non-returnable items

Items marked in the SALE are non-refundable.
